Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Zenfinité Living. As a solo-run business, I personally handle each order with care and intention.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped out. Because I partner with a high-end print-on-demand supplier, production times may vary slightly depending on the item.

Shipping Time:

    • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days for U.S. orders, depending on your location and the type of product. International shipping may take longer.

Tracking Your Order:

    • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received it after a few days, feel free to contact me directly.

Delays:

  • While I strive to get your order to you quickly, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or supplier production times. I truly appreciate your patience.

Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Items:

    1. Because each item is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a clear error.

Issues With Your Order:

    1. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. I’ll make it right, either with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations:

  1. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in production and unable to be changed.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless there was a mistake on my end (wrong or damaged item).
